    All key-cutting services provided by The Lock Doc are final. Due to the customized nature of key cutting, no returns or refunds will be provided once a key has been cut. This policy ensures the integrity and security of the key-cutting process.
  • Restocking Fees
    If you need to return hardware, you must do so within 14 days of purchase. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee that ranges from 30-100% of the item’s value, depending on the specific item and its condition upon return. Please note that labor costs incurred during the installation or service of the hardware are non-refundable. Restocking fees help cover the costs associated with handling and restocking returned items, ensuring fair business practices.
  • Warranty Services
    For products covered under supplier warranties, The Lock Doc will facilitate warranty claims and services. However, labor costs associated with the replacement or repair of warrantied products will be charged to the customer unless the defect or issue is determined to be due to an error on our part. This policy ensures transparency and fairness in handling warranty claims, providing clarity on customer responsibilities.
  • Payment by Card
    A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all transactions made using credit or debit cards. This fee will appear on your statement.   • Deposits
    All deposits paid to The Lock Doc are non-refundable. This policy applies to deposits for services, special orders, and custom work. Non-refundable deposits help secure your commitment to the services or products requested, allowing us to allocate resources and time effectively.
  • Call Back Policy
